  Krak is a Danish information and service company primarily focused on developing information portals - both for the B2B and the B2C market. Krak runs some of the most popular search databases in Denmark such as krak.dk

Krak wanted to develop a strategy white paper and action plan for how mobile would act as a channel for its directory, information, mapping and GIS based services.


 

 

Solution
 

Mobile Identity created a business study for Krak to assess the oppurtunities presented by mobile as a new media.

To combine the knowledge of the market at Krak with with Mobile Identity's field of expertise, the business area of Krak was closely examined by Mobile Identity consultants making existing business the basis of possible mobile products.

The business study specified a range of possible new services and focused on growing revenue in a shrto period of time. Mobile services concepts for consumer and business customers was developed and Krak received a full-scale business study including cost-benefit analysis for concepts:
