Krak to assess the oppurtunities presented by
mobile as a new media.
To combine the knowledge of the market at Krak
with with Mobile Identity's field of expertise,
the business area of Krak was closely examined
by Mobile Identity consultants making existing
business the basis of possible mobile products.
- Interviews of key members of Kraks's marketing,
technical and product teams.
- International research to find success stories
in other markets.
The business study specified a range of possible
new services and focused on growing revenue
in a shrto period of time. Mobile services concepts
for consumer and business customers was developed
and Krak received a full-scale business study
including cost-benefit analysis for concepts:
- Assessed development requirements
- Cost and revenue models for new services
